These Terms of Service govern your use of the WeCare65Plus website and services.
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of Services
WeCare65Plus provides non-medical senior support services that may include:
- Personal Care assistance
- Companionship and social engagement
- Meal assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Overnight and respite care
- Medical appointment support
- General assistance with daily routines
- Ongoing care coordination
Medical appointment support are subject to scheduling, location, availability, safety considerations, and the agreed service plan.
⚠️ WeCare65Plus does not provide medical care, nursing services, emergency medical services, or transportation directly.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients and families agree to:
- Provide accurate information about care needs
- Communicate any changes in condition or requirements
- Maintain a safe home environment for caregivers
4. Service Limitations
Our caregivers:
- Do not administer medication unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
- Do not perform medical procedures
- Do not replace licensed healthcare professionals
For medical needs, clients should consult qualified healthcare providers.
Medical Appointment and Transportation Support
A caregiver may accompany an individual to a medical appointment when transportation has been provided or arranged separately.
At the individual’s or family’s request, WeCare65Plus may assist with finding, booking, or coordinating transportation through a third-party provider. WeCare65Plus does not own, operate, or control third-party transportation providers and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, arrival times, cancellations, or conduct.
Third-party transportation services are governed by the provider’s own terms and policies. Transportation charges are separate from WeCare65Plus service fees.
Caregivers do not provide medical advice, interpret test results, consent to treatment, make healthcare decisions, or replace licensed healthcare professionals. The individual receiving support or their authorized representative remains responsible for healthcare decisions and communication with medical providers.
5. Scheduling & Availability
We aim to provide reliable and flexible service. However:
- Availability may vary based on demand
- Scheduling changes should be communicated in advance
- We reserve the right to adjust scheduling when necessary
6. Payment Terms
- Fees will be communicated prior to service
- Payments must be made according to agreed terms
- Late or missed payments may result in service suspension
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
8. Liability Disclaimer
WeCare65Plus takes all reasonable steps to provide safe and reliable services. However:
- We are not liable for unforeseen incidents or outcomes
- We are not responsible for medical conditions or emergencies
- Services are provided on a non-medical basis
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or terminate services if safety concerns arise
- Discontinue services in cases of non-payment or misuse
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
